Community Living Supports assist adults with developmental disabilities to live in their home of choice. It provides options to help them live as independently as possible in their community.24-hour Supports
ASC provides 24 hour support for people to live in their own home or in a home owned by Accredited Supports to the Community. Often individuals live with one or two roommates and are supported by ASC employees to meet their goals. Community Living Supports include homes that are barrier free.
Supported Independent Living
The Supported Independent Living program is ideal for people with developmental disabilities who do not require 24 hour support. ASC provides hourly staff support to individuals in their homes on a flexible schedule that meets their needs and lifestyle.
Respite Supports
Respite Supports provide families and primary caregivers with a break from caring for an adult with a developmental disability. In-home respite is provided at the person's home on a regular or on-call basis. Out-of-home respite is provided in a community home on a regular or on-call basis.
