ADULT PROGRAMS

Accredited Supports will help you learn how to shop for groceries with whatever amount of assistance you need.Community Disability Services provides adults with developmental disabilities support in their homes, at their jobs, and in their communities. This includes:

  • Community Living Supports - 24 hour home service, Supported Independent Living, and respite care
  • Employment Supports - preparations, placement, and follow-up
  • Community Access - assists people to make connections in their community, pursue their interests, and establish and maintain relationships.
  • Acquired Brain Injury - We help those who have received damage to the brain as a result of an external force such as a fall, car crash, or assault.
  • Person Centered Planning - assists people to make connections in their community, pursue their interests, and establish and maintain relationships.
  • Rights and Self-Advocacy - All persons have the same rights and responsibilities. We help you realize these rights.
